Our mission has remained the same from day one: to proactively identify and resolve issues across the Internet Stack before they impact customers, workforce, or digital experiences. Our driving force from the beginning has been to help the companies we support optimally deliver their own missions. Our customer-centricity starts with a laser focus on IPM and a dedication to continuous innovation, allowing us to see into every component of the Internet Stack.
Our co-founders, Mehdi, Drit, Scotte (and Veronica, now at Eventbrite) started their journey together in the R&D team at DoubleClick where Mehdi was in charge of the monitoring practice. As a hands-on monitoring practitioner, he was frustrated with the many shortcomings of the available Internet monitoring tools.
They were ahead of the curve. Today it’s a given that every business operation is digital, and every customer experience is digital (or supported by digital). Their goal from the outset, over fifteen years ago, was to give Catchpoint’s customers a complete view of their digital experiences – from anywhere and everywhere – and everything that impacts them. To accomplish this, they designed – from the ground up - a unique, stateless architecture and analytics engine, in order to steer clear of the limitations of old architectures and ensure quality and high-resolution data that provides the best insights.
Our first four customers are still our customers today: [24]7, Edgecast, Google, and FreeWheel. They’ve been joined by nearly 400 others, among them many of the world’s biggest and boldest innovators for whom low latency not only enables business continuity, but also transformational agility.

The Catchpoint management team is a group of monitoring and observability veterans passionate about revolutionizing how IT and enterprises use data to ensure Internet Resilience and drive business success. They lead by example, to cultivate a driven, passionate team that favors humility over egoism, while pursuing a shared goal: to play a meaningful and valuable role to our customers and the wider community.
Catchpoint gives back to the community by supporting causes important to our employees, partners, and customers. We partner closely with a variety of charities and organize regular events to lead positive change at a local and international level. Between us, we’ve donated many hours volunteering at local organizations and encourage individual community service through our Volunteer Time Off program.
Our 300+ strong team are determined to ensure Catchpoint’s mission is a success. Each individual member of our team has a direct impact on the business and plays a crucial role in helping us thoughtfully scale and grow, while delivering an exceptional product and services.
