Catchpoint Splunk Integration
Today’s digital business landscape has put a premium on performance. With such high stakes at play, IT organizations are amassing huge volumes of time-series data across multiple data sources to successfully deliver high-quality performance. What sets high-performing IT organizations apart from the rest though, is the implementation of an issue management and remediation process that effectively cuts through the noise and allows teams to act quickly. Many of these IT organizations are using Splunk, a market-leading platform for operational intelligence, to bring all IT data together.
We are pleased to announce our latest integration with Splunk, which allows many of our mutual customers to accelerate IT and issue resolution.
Splunk’s wide breadth of data ingestion from data sources such as web server logs, live application logs, network feeds, and APM data will now be viewable alongside end-user monitoring data from Catchpoint to increase observability. With an end-to-end view of performance, IT operations teams will have improved accuracy when detecting and identifying issues. Having a centralized view during triage that surfaces key issues and helps stakeholders quickly consume data will improve issue prioritization and remediation before ends users are affected.
With our Splunk integration, you can:
- Correlate Catchpoint’s external performance data alongside data from APM, logs files, or other internal performance data
- Share Catchpoint data and visualizations across teams and external stakeholders within Splunk UI
- Configure comprehensive alert thresholds and data viewable within Splunk’s single-pane-of-glass view or send Catchpoint alerts directly to Splunk
